We are a team of passionate dentists with a wide range of experiences in dental and oral care. The principal dentist has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. We are committed to long-term quality of care, not just a quick fix. No matter if you are after a fantastic cosmetic makeover or general family dental maintenance and care, we will support you alongside and guide you throughout the treatment. Understanding the importance of oral health and its links to general health and wellbeing. We do not believe in selling treatments but to care for the patient's best interest and health. Welcome to our newly established state of art dental surgery at the Rhodes bayside. Take a short stroll from Rhodes train station or shopping center along the peaceful and tranquil Homebush Bay and you will find our surgery located next to the Bennelong Bridge. With the latest dental equipment and in-house digital 3D imaging technology, your treatment will be planned and managed at the highest standard of accuracy. We are proud with our strict infection control process and professional sterilisation system. Rest assured that every patient will have clean and completely sterilised instruments.

Dr Josh Lin Chen

Graduated with honors from Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Sydney. A polite and friendly dentist who enjoys his profession with passion and responsibility.
Dr Lin Chen has great attention to detail and is a skilled professional with experience in all fields of general dentistry. With more than 15 years of experience, He is very conscientious and he is willing to listen closely to patient’s concerns.
Working closely together with his dental technicians to achieve the best possible practice of the highest standard. Dr Chen believes that patient should be treated as a human being not just treating their teeth. Patient’s satisfaction and happiness are his ultimate goals in dentistry.
Practicing with the most innovative and modern equipments, your visit whether as an individual or as a family will be the most comfortable and pleasant experience. A genuinely caring and down to earth professional who will put your discomfort and concerns to easy.
Dr Michael Wu
(BDS Uni. Adel)
Dr Michael Wu places great importance in providing quality dental care to his patients. Since completing a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Adelaide,
Dr Wu has enjoyed all aspects of dentistry in particular cosmetic dental treatment, root canal therapy and surgery. He has a gentle and calm demeanor and strives to provide an ethical and professional yet enjoyable and comfortable experience for all of his patients.
Passionate about raising oral health awareness, Dr Wu has visited a number of schools and day-care centers within the local community. He is able to speak Mandarin and the Shanghai dialect.
Outside of work, Dr Wu is an avid cricket and soccer fan. He is a keen follower of Manchester City Football Club.
Dr Arlene Yang
(BDS. Uni. JCU)
Dr. Yang graduated from Bachelor of Dental Surgery at James Cook University, Cairns and Townsville campus. She has previously working experience in public and private sector in Cairns, Hobart and Townsville.
Dr. Yang has enjoyed all aspect of dentistry in particular cosmetic dental treatment, root canal treatments and paediatric dental care. She enjoys providing gentle and comfortable dental cares for her patients.
Since graduating from dental school, she is continuously attending professional development courses and lectures in various fields of dentistry, including implantology, orthodontics and endodontic. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling catching up with friends.
Dr Francys De Sousa
(BDS. VEN ADC. Melb)
Dr Francys De Sousa, originally from Venezuela, graduated from Santa Maria University with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2015. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr De Sousa moved to Australia to further her career, where she earned her Australian qualifications from ADC Melbourne. She is also a qualified Dental Technician and spent time at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.
Dr De Sousa strives to find the safest and least invasive treatments possible in each situation, ensuring healthy and beautiful smiles for her patients. She enjoys every aspect of dentistry and is passionate about providing patients with the best dental care possible.
Due to her compassionate nature and love for dental science, she has worked in many public hospitals and rural areas like the indigenous comunities in the Amazon. Dr De Sousa has also completed hundreds of hours of community service, as she loves helping patients and working with children.
In her personal life, Dr De Sousa loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys hiking, going to the gym and travelling.
